Returns + Exchanges

Exchanging or Returning an item couldn’t be easier. Try your purchase in the comfort of your home and let us know if you’d like a different size or an item or simple refund it. You have 7 days from the day you have placed your order to make up your mind about the items. Once decided you can mail us at hello@thevelvetstreet.com with the details of your order and we will help you out with it.

RETURNS

  • Items must be returned within the 7 days of purchase.

  • All products must be returned new, unused and with all THE VELVET STREET clothing tags in the same condition as received, in their original box and packaging, along with the original invoice.

  • If Any item that needs to be returned is damaged, tempered, soiled or does not meet our policy will not be accepted and returned to you.

  • Once we have received and inspected the returned product and approved the return by email to you we will issue a refund of the price paid by you, with the exception of shipping charges (if there are any).

  • If you paid by credit/debit card, we will process the refund by crediting the same credit/debit card used when the order was placed or through PAYPAL. Please note that the refunds will take upto 10 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

  • If you paid cash on delivery kindly mail us at hello@thevelvetstreet.com and we will get back to you on it.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange your product kindly mail us hello@thevelvetstreet.com with details of your order within 7 days of the order placed.

  • The product must be returned to us in the same condition as received and in its original box and packaging intact. The original invoice must be presented with a copy of your ID.

  • Once we have received and inspected the product, you will receive a mail.

  • You may exchange your product with any other product(s) of the same value or of a lower value (in the case the remaining amount with be refunded to you). In the case of product being a greater value, you can pay the remaining amount.

If you have received a wrong product or a product received by you is damaged or defective or not in a perfect condtion, contact us immediately.
